The safety seal
The label says do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. If it is, do not open the bottle. Photograph it and call the order desk.
Two shipping facts were published. Everything else is a blank, and we would rather leave it blank than guess.

Two shipping facts were published for Metaglucent. Orders ship from the United States unless the sales page says otherwise, and a tracking number arrives in the order email. Shipping cost, free shipping, delivery speed, carrier and international availability, including Canada, the UK and Australia, are not published. Ask the order desk.
We cannot tell you. Whether shipping is free, flat or charged by weight was not published to us. Many searches ask about free shipping, and we understand why. It changes the real cost of a bottle. But a rule we could not read is a rule we cannot repeat.
The way to find out is simple. Go through the checkout and read the total before you confirm. If a shipping line appears, it is there. If the total has no such line, nothing was added. Either way, the number on that page is the answer.
While you are there, read the page for any recurring charge. If anything is unclear, the order desk can explain it before you pay, which is easier than asking afterwards.

That is a short list of knowns and a long list of unknowns. We think the length of the second list is itself useful information. A shipping estimate invented by a retail website is worse than none, because a reader who is told one number and waits much longer has been misled.
Searches pair the brand with those countries, and we respect the question. But our material states the market as the United States. It says nothing about shipping to Canada, the UK, Australia or anywhere else.
So we do not say yes, and we do not say no. We say not published. If you live outside the United States, ask the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 before you pay, and ask in writing if you can. Get the answer about delivery, duties and returns before you spend anything.
Also keep in mind that the 60-day guarantee needs a returns step. The returns address is in New York. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. From abroad, that cost and time could be large, and we have no figures for it.
We do not paste tracking links into pages, and we do not name a carrier that nobody named to us. The tracking number in your email is the accurate answer.
The guarantee runs 60 days from purchase. It does not run from delivery or from your first capsule. That means every day a parcel spends in transit is a day off your decision window.
On this product the effect is milder than on most, because the supply arithmetic is kind. One bottle is 30 days at one capsule a day, so even with a slow delivery you should finish a first bottle with room to spare. The effect is bigger on a three- or six-bottle pack, which runs well past the window whatever the shipping does.
Keep the date on your confirmation email. It is the date your 60 days started, and it is useful if there is ever a disagreement about whether a claim was made in time.
The label says do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. If it is, do not open the bottle. Photograph it and call the order desk.
Lot and best-before appear on the base when the bottle shows them. No expiry date appears on the label images we were given.
Compare the Supplement Facts panel on your bottle with the one published on this site. Questions about a mismatch can go to the distributor on +1 323-391-7417.
These checks take two minutes. They are the best use of the first look at a parcel.
Three small things prevent most problems. First, the delivery address: read it twice, because changing it after dispatch ranges from hard to impossible. Second, the email address: everything arrives there, and a typo means you will not know anything has gone wrong. Third, the date: keep the confirmation email, because it is your only record of when the window opened.
If you want a summary, shipping on this product is simple in shape and mostly empty in detail. We would rather give you the shape and send you to the desk for the detail.
Not published. Read the total at checkout before you confirm, and ask the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 if anything is unclear.
From the United States, unless the sales page says otherwise.
Yes. A tracking number arrives in the order email.
International availability is not published to us. Ask the order desk before you pay.
Delivery speed is not published. Your tracking number is the best estimate for your own parcel.
Yes. The 60-day guarantee runs from purchase, so days in transit count against it.
Shipping is the plainest part of this purchase and the emptiest part of our source material. We would rather say not published than copy a number that appears on every other page.
Three habits cover most of the risk: read the checkout total, keep the confirmation email, and inspect the seal and base of the bottle when it arrives.
If you live outside the United States, ask first and buy second.
