Why there are three, and not one
Because three different companies are involved, and pretending otherwise would send people to the wrong place.
The order desk took your money. It is the only one of the three that can see an order, change it or refund it, and it is the desk the 60-day guarantee attaches to.
This website's email address is us. We wrote the pages, and we can fix a mistake on one. We cannot look up an order, because we do not have access to the order system.

What to put in a message
